2. Overview

This website presents my work as an executive coach. It has no contact form, no newsletter and no user accounts, and I do not use advertising or tracking tools. Personal data is processed only to the extent needed to run the website and when you contact me.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Squarespace Ireland Ltd., Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland ("Squarespace"). When you visit the site, Squarespace processes technical data on my behalf, such as your IP address, browser type and language, operating system, referring website, and the date and time of access. This is necessary to display the website securely and reliably.

I have concluded a data processing agreement with Squarespace. Data may also be processed by Squarespace Inc. in the USA. Squarespace Inc. is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision.

Legal basis: my legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and statistics

The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, for example for security and to remember your cookie choice. Legal basis: § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

With your consent, Squarespace also sets analytics cookies that help me understand how the site is used, such as pages visited and how visitors found the site. These are set only if you agree in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on the website. Legal basis: your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Contacting me

If you contact me by email or phone, I process the data you provide (such as your name, email address and message) to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or carry out a coaching engagement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a possible engagement, otherwise my legitimate interest in answering your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I delete this data when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

The processing of personal data in coaching engagements is governed by a separate privacy notice that clients receive before the engagement begins.

6. Google Maps

The website shows a map from Google Maps so you can find my office. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the map loads, Google processes your IP address and may set cookies. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: my legitimate interest in showing visitors where to find me (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where consent is requested through the cookie banner, the legal basis is your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. 7. Links to other websites

The website links to my LinkedIn profile. This is a plain link: no data is sent to LinkedIn until you click it. After that, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)

• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)

• have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)

• restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)

• object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)

• withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
